All customer support requests are processed in the order in which they are received. Website or hosting outages, or other service affecting issues are given the highest priority.
For after hours support, voice messages, emails (via the contact us function at the top of each web page), and faxes may not be addressed until the next working day. If you have an urgent request requiring after hours support, you MUST leave a voice message at (919) 846-0199. After hours customer support may be subject to fees and will be charged at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate or 2 times the regular hourly rate for holidays.
Your approval is required prior to us doing work that requires payment.
